Motor yacht Feadship 45m Space sold
The 44.65-meter motor yacht Space, offered for sale jointly by Burgess and Edmiston & Company, was sold with the purchaser presented by Merle Wood & Associates.
Built by the Dutch shipyard Feadship up to full Lloyd’s and MCA classes and delivered in 2007 as the first in the F45 Vantage series from the yard with a full repaint in 2018, Space was designed by Feadship of Voogt and Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design. She can accommodate up to ten people in five cabins, including a full-width master suite located forward of the main deck. The other four guest cabins can be converted to double or twin bedrooms and there is the possibility of converting the bridge deck study into an additional double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also accommodation for up to ten crew members.

It has a large main living room with soft gray sofas and a dining area for eight people. Its Sky Superior Lounge has expansive windows for incredible views and has additional comfortable seating, a small breakfast table for four, and a bar area.
Its large sundeck has a Jacuzzi, plenty of lounge chairs and an informal dining area, while a full dining table can be found on the deck deck aft. A generously sized swim platform is accessed via the aft deck and provides easy access to its toy store, which houses a steam room and includes jet skis, SeaBobs, a 6.7 meter tender and a certain number of other water toys. Its top speed is 14.5 knots and its power comes from two MTU 12V2000M70 diesel engines with 1,055.0 hp.
