Now that they’ve moved to a sprawling and rather spooky mansion perched miles above the Sunset Strip, actress Milla Jovovich and her husband Paul WS Anderson have unsurprisingly put their longtime Los Angeles primary residence up for grabs. . Nestled in the mountains above Beverly Hills, just steps from the dangerously expensive enclave of Trousdale Estates, the Tuscan-style estate is saddled with an impressive list price of $14 million.
Jovovich and Anderson acquired the property in 2008 for $8.5 million, records reveal. Since then they have redone and extended the grounds and added many additional personalized touches to the place, which is truly a proper resort – there is a manor-sized main house with five bedrooms, plus a guest house guest house with two bedrooms and a self-contained poolhouse/gym with its own kitchen.
