Award-winning restaurant, LAH LAH launches a whole new menu

Diners can now experience the tastes and flavors of Asia at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens, the city’s hippest hangout, with the launch of a revamped menu at the award-winning restaurant, LAH LAH.

The culinary dynamos of the Pan-Asian kitchen and bar have rolled, folded and refined trendy ingredients into new recipes. The result is a plethora of continental classics with a twist and a plethora of Pan-Asian fare.

The new range includes rolls, sushi, salads, dumplings and a host of meat, seafood and vegetarian main dishes, all with the special touch of new chef Tran Ngoc Pham.

New starters include Vietnamese spring rolls and Wasabi shrimps as good as Grilled Duck Rolls and Papaya salad with shrimps.

The restaurant’s sushi offer has been strengthened by Dynamite rolls and Californi rolls to complement LAH LAH favorites, while the dumplings section now includes Lobster and scallop, Seafood curry and Steamed Chicken Shuimai.

Outstanding new main course options include Grilled Chicken With Five Spices, Grilled salmon teriyaki, Garlic golden shrimps, Sichuan Chili Lamb, and Lotus sea bass with ginger.

Diners who prefer to indulge in sharing options can opt for the Grilled Plate (two pieces each of rack of lamb, wagyu beef, king prawns and five-spice chicken); Sashimi Plate (option of eight, 12 or 16 pieces, with a selection of salmon, tuna, amberjack, scallop and tobiko sashimi), or the LAH LAH tray (papaya salad, two spring rolls with vegetables, chicken satay, wasabi shrimp, duck rolls and shrimp toast with foie gras).

Not to be missed, the selection of desserts now offers Chilled Mango Soup.

While the new range of menus caters to all tastes, LAH LAH classics such as Shrimps in Chile, Dragon scrolls, Iconic Peking Duck, Nasi goreng and Thai green curry retain their place in the renewed card.

Welcoming the onset of cooler temperatures, LAH LAH has reopened its expansive outdoor patio so diners can enjoy alfresco dining while complying with government health and safety regulations.

LAH LAH is open from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays through Wednesday and from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, with a live DJ who turns the heat up on the weekends.
